
Students from the corporations or Government may send substitutes to a class at no additional cost any time prior to the start of the course.

The tuition refund due to a student is based on the date of withdrawal or termination. Refunds will be based on the total tuition fee for the course or program, except for the enrollment fee and cost of materials, supplies, or books that have been purchased by RTEK 2000 and will remain the property of the student (see the table below).

RTEK 2000 reserves the right to make changes or cancellations to scheduled classes with insufficient enrollment or in other circumstances. Our training coordinator will make every effort to notify students ahead of time. All cancellations must be
submitted in writing.

Classes dates are subject to change. RTEK 2000 reserves the right to change the curriculum in response to market demands.

Courses may be rescheduled without penalty fee.

Corporate sponsored classes will be scheduled to suit the organization's needs and budget.

If, however, the student chooses to withdraw from the program after the 7-day cancellation period but before the first day of classes, the school may retain the enrollment fee.
