Our instructors are IT professionals, not academics or end-user trainers that have been promoted to technical trainers. We don't hire full-time instructors, we hire the best who have been in the field as Consultants, Developers, Programmers, Network Managers and Webmasters, screening for presentation and knowledge-transfer skills.
RTEK 2000 instructors are all veteran developers, book authors, expert-level consultants in their respective industries. They have built and maintained the network enterprise, they secured the Government and corporate information structure, they have coded enterprise-level applications, they have mapped out the minefield on the road to success, and they have got lots of hands-on experience to share. By supplementing official vendor-approved materials, our in-house developed courses with practical experience we offer a truly unique educational experience.
Because we are very familiar with the difficulties that face newcomers in the computer profession, our instructors are also carefully chosen among many candidates, using strict criteria based on several years of experience of teaching newcomers. Therefore, all instructors also are caring, skilled professionals, and who take pride in their work being passionate about helping others fully realize their potential. Their extensive industry knowledge allows them to provide the students with a unique perspective, which can only be gained through a real world experience. They can offer our students insights that very few other instructors can.
