Return for refund within: 10 days
This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by RTEK 2000 are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 10 days of the original invoice date for a refund or for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an Authorization e-mail from RTEK 2000 Customer Support Representative, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.
All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Consumable Items Return Policy
Consumable items are items such as CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc. that are consumed once they are used. Consumable Items can be returned within 10 days of the invoice date if and only if the item is sealed and unopened in its original retail packaging. If the returned package is NOT sealed or NOT in original packaging, the refund will be denied and the package will be returned to a customer at his/her expense. Please contact our Customer Service Department for a Return regarding consumable items.

Software Return Policy
- Return Retail Software for refund within: 10 days (must be unopened; the restocking fee 15% is still applied)
- Return Defective Software for replacement within: 10 days
Opened Retail software can only be returned for replacement, and replacement Returns will only be honored if the returned software is defective or damaged.
Retail Boxed software may only be returned for refund within 10 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No software returns will be accepted after 10 days.
Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, availability of the latest versions or the software add-ons prior to purchase.
Physical Damage Policy
Physically damaged items cannot be returned to RTEK 2000.
Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use.
If your item was damaged in transit, please contact corresponding mail carrier for a refund (if you paid for insurance when you ordered the merchandise).
If you return any physically damaged item to RTEK 2000, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Downloadable Software
Downloadable software is non-refundable once the download is complete. If you have purchased downloadable software, and did not download the software using the supplied download link AND did not register the software using the supplied link, the software may be “returned” for a refund within 10 days of purchase. Please contact the Customer Service Department to start the process
Additional Notes:
Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to RTEK 2000. All original components of the packaging must be returned with your item in order for RTEK 2000 to process your Return request. An item returned for a replacement may be replaced at RTEK 2000's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item.
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your RTEK 2000 Return Policy. Products that are returned to RTEK 2000 with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused Return service and returned to you.
